Ever Green Guest House

Absolutely fantastic staff. Awesome location, 2 second walk to walking street where there's amazing street food etc. Shower was fantastic. Hot water etc. 2 water bottles provided 7eleven 2 minutes away as well as bus pick up and drop offs.

Bathroom could've been cleaner Lots of ants in the room. Maybe a kettle in the room would be an added bonus.

It is right next to the walking street so you have easy access to a lot of restaurants, booking centers, scooter rentals etc.

It is very dark and doesn't really feel comfortable to be in this tiny hut. Also you share each bungalow and the walls between the two separate rooms is veeeery thin so you hear every world, toilet flush, shower etc. The floor has a lot of holes in it, so we had many ants in our room. Furthermore you don't get a real blanket, but just 2 sheets and a warm blanket in between, which is very annoying and confusing. Overall it was okay for the price, but not extraordinary.

Location is great. You can get around Pai in no time. Staff is friendly and the guest house has a beautiful garden.

The rooms are separated by ply wood so you can hear all sorts of noises. If you're looking for some privacy and quiet time, this is not the place. The room and bathroom smell of damp and there was no hot water.

Lovely and friendly staff. Brilliant location just tucked away from the walking street. Clean and spacious room. Awesome small outdoor common area.

Noise- Bring earplugs! You can literally hear a pin drop with regards to your neighbours. Whenever I went to the toilet , I would always turn the shower on to help drown out my 'noises'. The worst offending is: Couples getting lovey dovey Bodily function noises when in the toilet. If you can hear them, they can definitely hear you ! So be mindful of your noise levels.
