Location for beach and snorkeling Helpful friendly staff. Great food. Good breakfast included. Nice views from most rooms.

Access to property not easy/welcoming. A rough steep road. Walking in Amed restricted to beach at low tide or busy narrow main road. Bathroom would benefit from a good scrub. Upstairs room hot in afternoon - the curtains are not suitable for this. No fridge or kettle.

EXCELLENT value for money. Was expecting something more basic. Old style. Very friendly staff. Right on the beach with easy access to quality snorkelling. Wide balcony with sea views. Basic but comfortable. Good food at the restaurant.

Crazy good location. Directly in front of a popular snorkelling spot. Felt secluded but could still walk 5 minutes to other restaurants and the sunset beach bar

Be aware it’s not perfect. Bathrooms are tired and hot water comes and goes. Wasn’t an issue for us with the location and price.

The location of the Homestay is fantastic! It is at the end of the beautiful bay with nice snorkeling.

It is starting point of the snorkeling tours and sometime gets busy.

Amazing location, the villas are spectacular for those seeking a truely tropical Balinese experience.

The ceiling fan in the villa didn’t work. We prefer fans over aircon.

Amazing location right next to the reef, great snorkling, staff were INCREDIBLE - super helpful with everything we needed. I loved that the restaurant was right there so we didn't need to go far for food. Accommodation was beautiful and comfortable, this place was by far the best place we stayed in Bali.
