Dupa un drum foarte lung și obositor in România ne am bucurat ce câteva ore de somn într un pat confortabil și curat.

Am ajuns târziu, aspect pe care l am anunțat și am întâmpinat și o mica problema cu validarea plății la unitatea de cazare deși inițial booking ne a confirmat atât plata, cât și rezervarea. Dar asta s a rezolvat fără probleme întrucât am plătit la recepție folosind un al cont bancar. Ceea ce ne a dezamăgit a fost atitudinea neospitaliera și neprofesionista a gazdei care ne a făcut sa ne simțim "trași de urechi". Cred ca un reproș aruncat degeaba ar fi putut fi înlocuit cu "Vă mulțumim ca ne ați ales să vă fim gazde" sau "nu e problemă, rezolvam împreună acum problema cardului" sau în loc de "bună, nu vreau sa va cert, dar..." un "bună dimineața, cum sunteți, v ați odihnit?" 🙂 Atitudinea face diferența!!!
