Location, garden area and bathrooms

The location is near Baga beach. Great restaurants and shops just outside of the Guest house. The caretaker is helpful.

On the first day, a tiny room was provided. We were 3 people and we really struggled to move inside the room - it is so tiny. Day#1 - when we returned from Baga beach at around 11 pm then we realised the AC was not working. But the caretaker did not pick up the phone. The owner said he will change the room in the morning. The other room was given to us around 12 noon on Day#2, so our half day was wasted due to room change. On day#2, when we returned from Baga beach at 11:30 pm then we realised that there was no pillow for my kid - I again called the caretaker but he again did not respond. Then I searched for the extra pillow from the storage area by myself and somehow found it in the dark. So the overall experience was not that good.

The ambience rest good.. and am missing 2 charms of that property pavan and jhory two cute cocker spaniels they were so friendly

If you want to feel the stay of a LOCAL HOME IN GOA then this is your place! It is flooded with positive vibes🏡💕. A few visitors i saw, rejected saying it is no luxury, well it certainly is as for the price it is Super duper clean all over, be it rooms or garden or veranda. Every single thing is always in its own place. Dr. Fatima, the owner is a warm lady. We are a couple- booked comfort Triple room which is on 1st floor but the few stairs are pretty easy to cimb. They do have rooms on GF but the advantage on 1st floor is there is access to natural day light, garden view. We loved spending time in common balcony. Breakfast was included which the Didi here makes so yummy. We are veg & had 3 to 4 options but all r so homely. Its a guest house so only BF is served. Bathroom is sufficiently big & absolutely clean. They give only soap so we bought shampoo from a store just opp. They provide with 2 water bottles each day. We were fortunate to be deeply loved by Fona & Zoro.. They are darlings💕 The pictures displayed in its profile absolutely justifies the exact state of it.

To find that i need to visit here again❣️
