Очень атмосферно и красиво. Чистота на уровне!!!

Мы должны были заехать 27го, но по ряду обстоятельств доехали только 29го. Хозяин сказал что сделал бесплатную отмену, что деньги должны вернуться за 27 число. Но на букинге у меня нет информации о запросе на возврат средств. Букинг себе забрал эти деньги???
