The common grounds like the terrace and the lobby were gorgeous, and the location in the center of Deia with the mountains in the background was breathtaking

There is no receptionist available 24 hours. The breakfast is not included, and the staff was really cold and calculated. The room looked nothing like the pictures, very basic and lacking any sort of Mallorcan character. No window screens, and no A/C. So if you leave the window open for fresh air, crazy huge weird bugs fly in. The neighbors were talking loudly at 2am for several hours and disrupted my sleep. The parking is a nightmare. DO NOT rent a car if you plan to stay here.

Chambre sans clim, très chaud. Nous avons du dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et nous sommes fait bouffer par les moustiques. Accès au parking difficile (rues étroites et pentues).

Te hacen sentir como en casa. La vista es mágica, lugar limpio, hay parqueadero. 10/10

Located at the heart of Deia, at the top near the church The view is absolutely stunning, very green, the sound of the birds Parking option available which is definitely a must in Deia as it is hard to park here ! Breakfast option on the lovely terrace is the best way to start the day !!

The view from our room was beautiful, and the staff were very helpful and responsive. They have an area to park your car which is also great since Deia is quite small! We absolutely loved staying in Deia, it's gorgeous.

The rooms are not sound proof in the slightest! You can hear everyone in the hotel and the neighbours upstairs were stomping around at 1am which was really annoying. There is an awful smell coming from the shower drain and there was no air-conditioning.

Beautiful property with a stunning view of the Tramuntana mountains. Try to get a room looking out towards them. Very quiet location and lovely staff. Would definitely stay here again.
