The hospitality of Mam'Maggie was great. She handled the room mix-up situation well and we ended up being at ease. The dam view which was the main reason we visited the property, was breathtaking. Seeing Giraffes so up close was also satisfying. We were fortunate enough to go stay at House number 2 due to the room mix-up and there we had peace and quiet.

The room blocking system when booking must be monitored to avoid further confusion for the guests and the hostesses. The house up keep needs to be looked at. There are a few items that where broken, deteriorating and visible water leaks in the presidential unit. A better couch should be considered and the pool was not working even after we reported it to the management who visited the site. We considering coming back with the big family and it would be nice to have all these resolved for a better stay.

Everything the place is peaceful to be when you need a peaceful weekend away

I like the location, it's in the bush.

The environment was overall good, I wouldn't mind recommending the place to anyone over and over again.

I am not sure if there was a confusion, I booked for bed and breakfast, and when I got to the place I made arrangements for dinner , but upon departure I was informed that breakfast was not included in the bookings and I had to pay extra. The experience was very shocking and I am still not sure what happened there. So I will appreciate it if the process can be explained better for any future reference/ visitors upon arrival.

The staff was amazing,the food was super super amazing. It was birthday weekend and staff came through for a great dinner. Very cozy,beautiful

I did not like the place!!!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the two ladies who worked there—they provided excellent service and were the highlight of our stay. However, I felt the property was not accurately represented in the advertised photos. The images showed a beautiful place with well-maintained grounds and stunning views, but the reality was quite different. The grass and yard were not properly maintained, which took away from the overall appearance of the lodge. In addition, the lapa area was far too small to accommodate all the guests. As a result, we often had to stay inside our room while others occupied the common area and enjoyed the view. This was disappointing, as one of the main reasons we chose the lodge was for the outdoor space and scenery shown in the advertisements. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place unless you are visiting as part of a large group and have exclusive use of the facilities. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.

Everything was exceptional. The resort was beautiful and peaceful and the staff made the stay even better. A special shoutout to Sister Maggy and Mavis for being so friendly and welcoming, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly throughout our stay.

Nothing to complain about. Everything went smoothly during our 2-night/3-day stay.
