Place is peaceful, serene, well-kept, staff are very friendly, it was like home away from home. Mam’Maggie, Mavis & Nelson & the other staff on the ground really made our stay pleasant. There was constant communication where there was any issues or anything that might cause visitors an inconvenience. The staff catered to all our needs even the special breakfast. They treated us like family & at the same time gave us our space. The roads are well maintained & clean, nature roams around freely.

Didn’t like that we couldn’t stay longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall, location was beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. The hospitality from the staff (Maggie & Mavis) was exceptional. The meals prepared were fresh and delicious as well as very accommodating to our dietary requirements (Halaal).

The cleanliness of the pool could have been better as it was a bit green and had algae on the bottom. Some of the bathroom fixtures were broken and not usable (toilet roll holder, shower shelf). The shower did leak. The two sun bathing chairs were damaged and not usable. Our room did not have bedside lamps which I would recommend adding. The plug point in the room under the desk was not working.

This trip was a gift for my in-laws. They had a great stay. The bedrooms are neat and clean. The drive to the venue is as if you are on a game drive as you are able to spot a variety of game along the way.

The staff at the accommodation are very friendly and welcoming. However, the admin staff do not respond to booking.com messages or emails. Every time I try to ask for additional information or confirmation, I got an automated response and nothing further. This makes it difficult to ask questions or confirm bookings when you are not able to make international calls to South Africa.

Road to get to the resort was bad

The property is big, clean and exceptionally managed by the entire staff. There’s backup electricity plenty reception areas to relax. Loved every moment of my stay there

Location is not in Brits as they have stated maybe they should update it they are in thabazimbi

They should have a restaurant and a bar inside to avoid driving another kilometres to go buy drinks,Our Tv was not working in our room,they said breakfast is ready when we go down they have run out of gas yooooo
