При бронировании был указан номер с двумя кроватями, но по факту был предоставлен номер с одной большой кроватью. Персонал сказал, что это нужно было указывать в примечаниях у бронированию, но обычно нужно указывать, если номер не определен точно, а здесь было указано, что номер с двумя отдельными кроватями. В остальном все было хорошо.
