Mooi en schoon guesthouse met prachtig uitzicht. Supervriendelijk personeel. Was mijn zonnebril vergeten en die hebben ze bij ons laten bezorgen in Negombo. Topservice!

This property was excellent! Beautiful views, staff was really friendly and breakfast were also very tasty.

The location, because of steep roads, can be a problem, but it goes hand in hand with the views.

Die Gastfreundlichkeit des Personals. Die Aussicht!! Das Frühstück war ziemlich gut. Ein Lunch Paket habe ich ebenfalls erhalten, da ich schon um 5 Uhr abreisen musste. Auch hier begleite mich das Personal zur Main Road hin zu meinen fahrer. Relativ sauber.

Die Unterkunft liegt auf dem Hügel und etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum. Die Unterkunft bietet eine Begleitung zur Main Road bzw. Abends auch von dort eine Abholung ( Fußläufig 10 min) an. Mit dem Auto von dort ca 15 min zum zentrum.

The view was stunning and the breakfast was good. Staff took us to a very nice but well priced local restaurant that we ended up eating at twice and doing a cooking class.

The bathroom had a slight, but noticeable, drainage smell. One staff member could be a little overbearing at times when we wanted some peace and quiet.

Etwas abseits gelegen

The view from the hotel was stunning. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The staff, especially Jana, were very attentive and helpful. They arranged a tuktuk for us and Kavi, the driver, was just great. We had his WhatsApp number an he was available within 10 minutes to take us to Ella and back. We also had a tour of the waterfalls with him. Another tour worth mentioning was The Organic Tea Garden. The breakfast at the hotel was good.

The hotel is quite far from the centre of Ella. As mentioned in previous reviews, the road was simply horrendous. The tuktuk taking us from the station with our cases struggled to get up the steep hill. At one point, one of us had to get out and walk up that hill.
