Very close to town, airport, and shops, free parking, visually pleasant, comfy bed, roof terrace, washing machine, seemed good value for money. If you're only coming for the night or a weekend, you probably won't experience most of the downsides.

It's up and coming neighbourhood, so you see some ruined buildings around and some are being replaced. There was a busy construction site just across the street, which was a nuisance. The biggest and most noisy problem we had was with some industrial machine/heating pump/ventilation machinery? that was causing the entire building to vibrate. We complained when we realised, and the owner was rudely claiming it being normal, which it definitely wasn't. He upgraded our room to one on the other side and a floor up, but that was overlooking a loud school backyard for a change. I also believe the rooms were smaller than declared. We hesitantly stayed, and Booking.com partially refunded us. There was a big problem with ventilation. Everything totally steamed up even after a quick shower. The towel rack was very mouldy, unusable. There was only one decorative chair with no proper padding and nowhere else to sit on, while the bathroom was disproportionately big. Fortunately, most of the time, we had the shared kitchen to ourselves. Btw, it was a full kitchen, but we were advised not to cook there! The code locks on the doors didn't seem reliable. And while common space was cleaned and towels replaced, no room or bathroom cleaning for 9 days. That's no good for a longer stay, despite some positives.

We used the entire apartment, all three bedrooms, as we were two families (4 adults, 2 children). The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The kitchen is small and doesn’t have a proper table to sit and eat, which shows the place is more suited for renting individual rooms rather than as an apartment for large groups. If you rent the whole apartment, it works really well, but I’m not sure how it would feel if renting just room by room, as the layout might feel a bit tight. Still, for a one-night stay, it worked perfectly! It’s an affordable rental, close to the airport, with free and safe street parking. Overall, very good value for money despite these minor points.

The apartment does have some minor flaws, with a few things broken or slightly outdated. In my room, the toilet was already cracked when we arrived. Since the apartment wasn’t completely flawless anyway, I didn’t report it at the time. However, at the end, the owner asked me to pay for the broken toilet, even though it wasn’t caused by us. Perhaps it hadn’t been noticed before, but it was still uncomfortable, as it felt like they were trying to charge us for it. + The air in the apartment isn’t the freshest; you can feel some humidity, and there are dehumidifiers placed throughout.

- shared living! private bathroom of “be creative” is external. The fact seems purposely left out. Of course leaving apartment is inevitable every time you go to bathroom or shower. - there is a kitchen but host asks not to cook in it and recommends to go eat in restaurants instead. Not sure why it is not in the description. Having a kitchen with restrictions to use means no cocking I suppose. - long generic message in WhatsApp - message with exact access details could have been first.

It was clean.

We had to carry up suitcases to the 4th floor and there were codes for everything. Luggage should be able to be stored with out having to hike up 4 flights of stairs. Locks on the rooms were difficult to use.

Asking to leave cash tourist tax although booking clearly states that tax was included. Price-comfort a good place to stay at. Very clean bathroom and good shower.
