I had an exceptional stay at Riad Dar Kassim. Thanks to the amazing staff, especially Mahmoud, from the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His warm demeanor and attention to detail made us feel truly valued as a guest. Whether it was sightseeing and café suggestions or promptly addressing any questions or wishes we had, Mahmoud was always professional and personable. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about creating such a welcoming experience, and his efforts didn’t go unnoticed. This stay was unforgettable, and I hope to return soon!

"Great staff, beautiful riad!"

The staff were amazing! Special thanks to Mahmoud for always answering our questions and he helped us find a guide for the tannery. The riad had great staff, breakfast, clean and comfy rooms and nice view from the rooftop. It was very beautiful and i cant stop being amazed by the patterns everywhere. They would always change the towels and clean the room. We love everything about the riad!

All good Nice terrace and good breakfast Very friendly and very helpful personal - we lost headphones in the room. Stuff was so kind to arrange a package and deliver the headphones to Marrakech. Big thanks!

"Cosy Riad in the medina of Fez"

Very nice Riad in a perfect location in the medina of Fez. Mahmoud is a great host!

The only thing I would impove is the lighting in the room. Sometimes it felt a bit dark if you needed to search for something in your luggage for example. Other than that it was just perfect!

Its cozy and beautiful riad and guy you work there 24/7 is very kind and supportive

In general difficult to find but ince you there then staff helping a lot for everything. Also i think price a bit higher than should be for small rooms .. in that rooms i would not stay more than 1-2 nights unless it be cheaper
