El personal era muy amable y estaba bien ubicado, cerca de la medina. Además resultó fácil de encontrar. Había petit taxis cerca y a buen precio, lo que nos facilitó el acceso a la estación de tren.

La habitación era muy cutre. El baño estaba hecho un desastre y la cama de mi hija estaba un poco hundida. Había bichos muertos (cucarachas) en la habitación. El día que llegamos, la puerta de la habitación no se podía cerrar bien. Tuvimos que avisar e hicieron un 'apaño'. No repetiría en este Dar.

"True authentic, original Moroccan guest house."

The host was very attentive for our requests.

The building is 629 years old and you have to expect some flaws like wooden doors that don't fit together too well and some minor plumbing issues. Also, the steep narrow stairs are a killer if you have big heavy luggage and your room is on the 2nd floor.

L'emplacement était parfait et la chambre très confortable. Nous tenons tout particulièrement à remercier **Mohsin**, de la réception, pour son service exceptionnel ; il a gentiment organisé notre petit-déjeuner tôt le matin sur le toit-terrasse. Savourer ce repas face à une telle vue panoramique a rendu notre séjour vraiment inoubliable.

"They overbooked; could not stay here even though I had a reservation."

This Dar was easy to find, seems quite nice and the personnel was friendly.

The host announced at my arrival that I could not stay at this place because it was overbooked. No room was available.
