We had reservations confirmed and when we showed up they said we could not stay there, even though we had a confirmed reservation. They took my reservation and pin number and canceled the reservation.

Le personnel attentif à nos besoins et les endroits à visiter dans la Médina. Merci plan qui nous a souvent été utile.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes alors que nous devions être seulement deux. Une personne additionnelle s'est jointe à nous et le coût de cet ajout était plus élevé que ce que nous nous attendions.

Le personnel nous a sauvé d une mésaventure ou j avais oublié mon portable dans le taxi. Ils ont tout fait pour le retrouver. Je ne leur serai jamais assez reconnaissante! Ils ont été au petit soin avec nous. Aimable, accueillant, serviable. Le riad est très bien entretenu.
