Cheap, balcony with a view, clean

no hand soap in the bathroom; no thash can in the room; dishes avaliable but no dish soap to clean them; online its stated that room has a coffee machine but in reality its a gas cylinder with one cooktop and a pot; hot water runs out very quickly; adress is different than stated on booking

The owner is very helpful

It was a room with simple furniture but clean and comfortable and we had all the necessary for 1 night of stay. The owner was very sweet and although she did not speak english or italian she tried to communicate with us and give us all the necessary for our stay. The shower in particular was great since it had a very high water preassure.

Maybe the Tv could have been nicer but honestly who needs the tv when you go on holiday :D

The location, it's really close to the old town and the beaches while you have a beautiful view from the balcony. The area is quiet and residential. The apartment was very clean. A small supermarket is just one block away.

For the price we payed it's hard to complain. This place is certainly not fancy and perhaps getting a bit old. But that didn't matter to us. There is currently a lot of construction work in Budva and some of the new high rise hotels now get in the way of the sea view from the balcony. But we could certainly still see it along with some impressive mountains.

really nice family owned appartment. We really felt welcomed since the minute we arrived. Also clean and nice view over the lake:)

The apartment is relatively near the major attractions of Budva, supermarkets and restaurants. The place is quiet even if is shared with other guests

I don't know if the room was supposed to be cleaned everyday but it didn't happen. There was only a cooker instead of a real kitchen and we had to ask for a pan and a pot, otherwise kitchen tools are not given. The apartment is a lot uphill so beware of lots of stairs you have to do to reach the apartment. It was a little bit hard to communicate with the owner, but she was kind.
