Konumu oldtowna çok yakın otobüsle gelecekseniz yine yürüyebilir mesafede sadece 150 metre yokuş var, fiyatına göre konumu iti çok yukarıda olan evler var onlar gibi değil. Temizlik iyiydi

Balkonu ve manzarası güzeldi. Ev sahibi ilgili ve iyiydi.

Ortak banyo tuvalet olması ciddi bir problem. Üstelik tuvalette sabun yoktu. Fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi bağımsız bir mutfak yoktu. Odada ikramlık(çay, kahve vs.)herhangi bir şey yoktu. Buna göre de ücret yüksekti.
