La ubicación y la posibilidad de dejar el coche en el parking que estaba al lado.

Dos cosas: al ser una casa antigua con peldaños de madera, éstos crujían en exceso haciendo un ruido bastante molesto; la segunda, es el espacio comedor, si bien era amplio, era todo desechable, no había instrucciones de funcionamiento de la cafetera, el microondas estaba un poco dejado y no había pileta alguna.
