great location and very welcoming environment. I loved my short stay and I look forward to go come back soon.

Beds were comfortable, staff was INCREDIBLY helpful, the home was stunning well kept and a piece of history. It was fun staying here. Great access to the city of Lodi and walking distance from fun shops and restaurants. For the right clientele, this is a gem. Maybe a tad pricey in the end for the shared bath situation, but still a fun experience.

Shared bathroom was the only negative. I missed that in the fine print while booking so was a bit of a surprise. If it was just me, no problem. I was traveling with my pregnant wife however, so probably would have booked elsewhere had I known. Not their fault, my mistake.

This place is the real deal. Not only are the antique aspects of this Victorian "Hill House" exquisitely made, they were actually crafted by the patriarch of the Hill family, George Washington Hill. I'm not much of a history buff, but being inside this gem left me awestruck with the historic authenticity. Reading a book on the back porch as the sun rises is a pleasure. Bring the proprietor some chocolates and maybe you'll get a firsthand accounting of the history of the house and the family that inhabited it.

It was a beautiful property with so much history. I was in awe with all the original decor and comfortable amenities. Jane was wonderful at check in and made sure I had everything I needed. I’ll be back!

Old ,fantastic house! No TV!

Location and staff were excellent! Communication was very good and the place was very quiet and clean. Neat place to stay because of the history and good location.

We only stayed over night so we didn’t spend much time there but we didn’t have anything happen that we didn’t like!

This historic home is delightful. Our bed was cozy comfortable and our room spacious and bright w/ large windows. Jane was very accommodating. We Enjoyed the later check out so we could sleep in and unwind. Thank you Jane.
