Most of the stuff in the room had a vibe of a massive ew. The AC was the only source of heat and it wasn't enough at all.

In the case of room number 3. - It's cold because the heating isn't working properly.(Only small radiators work.) - It's an old house, so when I turn on the lights at night, bugs crawl around on the floor. -Even when I try to sleep, the stair sensor light turns on automatically when someone moves upstairs, which is annoying. -The new female employee's bad customer service attitude (They asked me what time I expected to arrive, so I told them in advance that I would arrive around lunchtime. After I arrived, I rang the bell, called them out loud, and sent them a message, but there was no response. That's because they were asleep until then. Eventually, after 1hour I had to make a phone call to wake her up and after a while she came down the stairs. I was shocked and asked her loudly if she was still in the room, and she disappeared without even apologizing while crying. Her boyfriend came and took care of it. In the end, I was finally able to check in after 2 hours of arriving at the building. Her boyfriend was very kind and asked me not to leave a review, but I couldn't help but accept that this place had such a high rating. This won't change the rating of the place, but I'll leave an honest review.)

Authentic and unique architecture. Excellent location, and correct price. Clean and comfortable, pleasant ambient.

I like the design and country style guest house with antique decoration, plus respectful reception the young lady she speaks fluent English, and more languages, very kind family.
