The staff was really nice, we accidentally left 20 euros more and a girl came to give them back to us after counting. Also one evening they did us a favour to call a taxi driver to buy us stuff we needed. The pool is big and the water is kinda warm, it could be hotter for a more pleasant experience, but it was okay. The big rooms that are for more than 2 people are actually really nice - even if you are only 2 I recommend booking one of those.

The restaurant isn’t working - you could pay for breakfast or dinner at the property, but the dinner was 17 Euros per person for one chicken fillet, two salads for 7 people and other stuff for us to share. It was actually delicious, but definitely not worth the money for the small quantity. Also the spa area isn’t working - you can use it if you ask at reception, but they charge you 20 Euros per person and you should tell them at least one hour earlier. We made a compromise on the location just because the wellness area seemed really good, but that was a mistake since it’s not possible to walk to the city centre. Also we were at a smaller room that didn’t have a window, which was kinda strange, and the cabinets at the bathroom smelled weird and weren’t cleaned - there was someone else’s hair and a dead fly. I personally was most pissed about the fact that they made me cancel my reservation through booking when I had a code for 10% cash back, which I lost and can’t use for a future holiday.
