Comfortable beds, good location

We didn’t like that from the first meeting with the owners, we were warned about the fines if we do something bad, bunch of instructions of what not to do, not a welcoming experience, there few other situations where we didn’t understand the tonality from the owners. I’d recommend owners to put more trust, make their guest feel welcomed rather than warning about fines, other than that everything was good
