Garni Hotel Laguna Lux

Staff is awesome. I communicated with 3 people and got a very good mood after that every talk. Location is close to the city center and not far from both bus station and railway station. Balcony was nice. When arrived, heating was turned on for night so I felt myself very warm that I appreciated.

Small apartment. I basically just had beds. There is no key to enter a building, just key to the room. I have to wait 10 minutes one time when there were no staff nearby. But in most cases that was fine, building door was opened immediately. I would not say it is especially quiet - I heard noise from next room but in general acceptable. Breakfast is good but not big enough, just consider that.

everything was perfect. The lady at the reception was very kind.

Clean , excellent value for money , Nis castle in walking distance , we were lucky the annual Jazz festival was starting , so we soaked up the lovely atmosphere , we stayed as we were flying from Sofia the next day and was very pleasantly surprised how nice , clean and cosy the room was

the property is in a very quiet cul de sac,so no traffic noise

shower needs fixing

Smooth check in, staff lovely, location walking distance to town centre, clean place, can't complain - especially for the price.
