My husband and I have stayed here a few times. Rooms have stunning views. Attention to detail is amazing. Plenty tea, coffee,etc also sherry , yoghurts, cereals, Irn Bru and tunnocks teacakes. Loads of wee treats. The bed is super comfy. We didn't see the owners but they are on site and kept in touch prior to checking in. I would highly recommend 🤗

The only thing was the noise of the fridge during the night, kicking on and off. I didn't get a great sleep. I am a light sleeper so might not bother other people. Wouldn't stop me going back.

We loved the little touches: Irn Bru and tea cakes Fruit and crisps at door The view was lovely Free car parking Close walk to boat/shops Rooms clean and replenished Fridge in room Spacious room Binoculars to look out at the water General decor lovely

Ice bucket wasn't on No one to greet you to say hello (there was a phone number but didnt want to bother anyone). Breakfast facilities were fine (porridge pots, breakfast bars and yogurt) but it would be better to get a cooked breakfast included or partner up with another company/cafe/hotel to go for breakfast.

Lovely short stay in a picturesque small hotel. Enjoyed sitting by the window and watching the boats go by :)

I should have paid the slightly higher rate for a better view.

Everything was excellent, everything was spotless. The room was stunning so large and comfortable

There was nothing we didn't like

Fantastic location with the perfect view Room was huge with a super king bed which was so comfortable we had the best sleep in ages Everything was thought of from lovely toiletries to iron and hairdryer Well stocked fridge with yogurt orange juice and water Breakfast bars and porridge pots teas and coffees This suited us much better than a cooked breakfast but there are plenty places nearby for those Oh and some lovely sherry, irn bru and tunnocks teacakes Fantastic people who run it and helpful

That I have to wait till next year to come back
