Het was ruim, kamer was optijd klaar op onze aangevraagde checkin tijd!

Gebruik van het bubbelbad kwamen er helaas ongewenste haren in bad die niet van ons waren dat was helaas een erge tegenvaller. Ook de aanwezigheid van personeel was er niet, alleen bij de incheck .. gedurende ons verblijf helaas niemand gezien..vragen gesteld via de chat van booking. Geen info ontvangen over incheck die wel was aangekondigd in het eerste bericht, daarna accommodatie gemaild maar geen antwoord. Dit had beter gekund! We hebben het nu zelf gevonden en konden aanbellen. Gelukkig goed gekomen! We waren op dooreis in Italië. We werden in andere accommodaties zo goed en netjes ontvangen en hadden goed contact we hadden beter verwacht van deze accommodatie! Ook bij uit check was er niemand te bekennen.. we spraken ook andere gasten die zeiden hetzelfde .. er hoort toch iemand te zijn die je sleutel aanneemt? Dat moet beter! Ik hoop dat ze dit meenemen voor de toekomst! Gasten ontvangst van begin tot eind!

"Great location"

Great location, a very short walk to get to the centre of restaurants and Leaning Tower of Pisa. Very clean and friendly communication. Bed was comfy. We were allowed early access to our room which was very helpful. Good coffee and tea making facilities.

"Dejligt værelse. En ulempe, at kvinden der modtog os ikke kunne engelsk."

Fin beliggenhed. I gåafstand fra stationen. ( 1,5 km ) hvis lidt bagage. Ingen morgenmad men mulighed for brug af køkkenet.

At badeværelset lå 14 trin op. ( ret stejle) når man har brug for det om natten.
