Such a welcoming and friendly couple. Gave us wonderful insights into the area. This home is located in a stunning area, surrounded by incredible views, as well as being well connected to neighbouring towns, such as Cavtat and Dubrovnik via regular buses. There is also a gorgeous beach located about a 10 minute walk away. Overall, we could not have been happier with our stay.

Accueil chaleureux d’Andro et Milena. La piscine est très appréciable ainsi que la cuisine à partager qui est très bien équipée. Le balcon offre une très belle vue. Le quartier est très calme. Une ligne de bus allant à la vieille ville de Dubrovnik est accessible à pied.

Franchement rien ! Juste une petite suggestion : un claustra au niveau du balcon permettrait d’être plus isolé des voisins.

Des hôtes incroyables ! D'une gentillesse inégalée, avec eux, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Notre hôte a même réussi à nous trouver un taxi pour nous emmener à l'aéroport à 3h du matin. L'appartement est top, la cuisine partagée est un gros plus et la vue depuis la piscine était incroyable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Los anfitriones son un encanto y muy amables.Te reciben con unas cervecitas que se agradecen.La ventaja que viven en la parte de abajo y cualquier duda o problema te lo resuelven sobre la marcha.La cocina es compartida pero no supuso ningún problema porque no coincidimos con el resto de inquilinos. La piscina nos gustó mucho.Esta muy bien comunicado con Dubrovnik ya que tienes la linea 10 que sale cada 20 minutos y la parada está al lado del apartamento

El baño es muy pequeño

Staying at Župa Dubrovačka Guest House in Mlini was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family, such warm, kind hosts who made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive from Dubrovnik, and only 500 meters from the beautiful beach. The guest house itself was fantastic. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed. Loved the shared kitchen and the terrace where we could unwind and enjoy the stunning views. The pool was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. We also appreciated how thoughtfully everything was set up, from the beach towels to the daily room service. The peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful amenities made this place a true gem. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying the nearby beaches, or taking a short trip to Dubrovnik, it was the perfect base for my stay. I can’t recommend this guest house enough—it felt like a home away from home.

Owned and run by an extremely friendly and helpful couple. Very nice pool / pool area for guests. Really quiet and peaceful location. Room was good and we had use of a shared kitchen and balcony area.

The only negative to mention is the property is situated (like many in the area) up a pretty long and steep hill. We didn’t really mind the exercise but anyone with fitness / walking problems may struggle.
