there is no hot water in the shower, I stayed there 3 night, they clean the room but they did not change the blanket cover, even if’s become dirty.

Antonio was great and helpful. We loved the room, view and location.

Big, clean room with galley kitchen. Nice balcony with view. Gennaro was really nice to us,gave us some restaurant tips etc.

Place is not really ten points like almost all the reviews indicates. Door handle to french balcony was broken, so we could not open the door and enjoy the fresh air in the bedroom. Thank god there was this other balcony from the galley kitchen. Lacking a little bit of maintenance, couple of lamps did not work, a missing painting from the wall and a minor water damage in the bathroom wall. And Booking says that no animals allowed, and still there was a dog barking constantly next door when we came back to the room one night. Walls are really thin, we could hear when the next door neighbour switched lights on and off. Antonio was quite hostile when we complained about the barking dog and did not want us to tell anything negative about the hotel.
