Stayed here for 4 days, got superb vibe, the hosts were so nice and helpful, even met few new friends as well. The place was quite clean and so serene to stay, had not so much room which I always prefered. Although this place was hidden, yet it's accesable to some tourist spots. Definitely would love to come here again!

dust, insects, broken items here & there in room & toilet. dirty as if never had a deep-cleaning in years

Garden. Comunal area. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and cooker. Great location in quiet side street near many bars and resturant. Helpful owner or manager who speaks good English. Great value. Bedside light.

Hand basin outside of room. Rooms a bit tired and basic. But this more than made up for by great counal area and great value for money..

I like that the room is large, the air conditioner was good, the room is clean and it has waterfalls sounds from the garden lol good for sleeping and you couldn't notice if it's raining no difference

The bed was not in good condition especially on the bottom way like it got down, so you need to lay slowly on the upper side,

Its a beautiful and calm place in the middle of the bustling city. Great as a starting point for exploring Yogyakarta and surroundings. You have a fully equipped kitchen here and whats really awesome, you can rent a bike from the owner, which is very convenient.
