"Facilities are great but they have to seriously improve the service"

The facilities are very fresh and comfortable.

The host was friendly until you use all his offered services and pay him cash. One night there was an electricity blackout with a loud blast because of the storm, but no staff was in the premises to communicate that we are safe nor he replied to messages. We were left without electricity (including water) for more than 10 hours because they started to work on it only in the morning. We went to another hotel nearby where they had managed to restore electricity in few hours time because they started working on it right after the blackout. That was very disappointing.

"nice hotel with lovely staff but they have a fleas problem"

big spacious rooms and nice shower, good location but really bad road

they have fleas in the hotel and I don’t think they can get rid of them anytime soon. so I saw the fleas walking over my bed and they give you an itchy feeling + it is not a really nice idea
