Overall such a pleasant stay here and can’t wait for having another nice sunny day in near future😍

The owner and staff were great. The location is outside of town, is quiet, yet still near two or three excellent food places.

The high counter chairs were not too comfortable. The kitchen supplies were sparse. Like no bowls. Still very manageable. Liked the water dispenser. Do get a scooter.

I loved staying here in this quit neighborhood with a beautiful view in Mount Agung! The flat was quite big and I felt like home. I could imagine coming here for a longer time to live in Amed for a few weeks.

Unfortunately I couldn’t use my stove, which needs to be repaired.

The bnb is quite basic and difficult to find. There’s a huge kitchen belonging to the room but interestingly nothing to cook with!

The mattress was the hardest and the worst night we ever had. We know in Asia mattress can be quite hard, but we couldn’t sleep through the night. Also the light in Ac was very light during the night, we couldn’t switch off the light and if we switched off the ac it was too hot! We didn’t stay the 2 nights.. we had to change hotel. I don’t understand the rating, we were expecting a little better… it wasn’t for us!

Feel like home ‘ is my 4 time stay in this villa .. what I like about this villa have owned private kitchen.. and what make it more easy is the kitchen have refrigerator’ standing oven and water dispenser. What the price I can say is really high standard quality villa . The staff is very friendly a specially the owner Esther is super helpful with many things. I take full day tour with her .. she very kind and she know what the guest like . I can say very cheap price with her service big car and many places to visit is only cost me 90usd for full day . I am travel with my mom 57year old and she is very happy take tour with Esther . We want stay more longer but the room is should out’ I think she need more room in future 😁. Breakfast many options ❤️

A bit far ‘ but is doesn’t matter’ because the owner can drop and pick up even for close distance 👍👍👍

They offer a pickup from the airport that costs 730000 (~45€) which is fair for the distance. The room and kitchen are very spacious and the AC works well. We had a positive experience with the laundry service, even though the employee forgot to wash some things. All in all the laundry was clean. Scooter rental was good.

Starting with the breakfast: we tried something new every day. The pancakes were raw and not tasty. The toasts and omelet did it‘s job. But all in all not tasty. We spent the first day mainly in the room. The bed and pillows are not really comfortable in our opinion. We had the room with garden view but literally every person passing by could see into our room because there is a huge window front showing into the garden and pool. Therefore we had to keep our curtains closed most of the time (no sunlight) because otherwise there’s no privacy. The bathroom is not really clean. Moreover, the bathroom stinks of urine especially in the evening. On the second day we asked for room service to which the employee said that he‘s the „only staff“ here and said he‘ll do it tomorrow. Considering that you‘re not allowed to throw any toilet paper in the toilet we asked at least to change the small toilet trash. Talking to him was difficult because he barely understood us. We wanted to rent a car and the owner said that 1 day costs 350k. We agreed and thought that we will get the car. After we made plans for the next days the owner told us that we have to rent a car for at least 3 days and must pick it up ourselves, 1h drive away. Knowing that in advance would be helpful but the communication with the owner wasn’t always the best. Therefore we rented the scooter for 2 days. Due to a mistake of the (only) staff member the owner wanted to charge us for 3 days but we had the scooter only for two days. After an argument we paid the right amount for two days. The owner offers a variety of trips and experiences at the villa, but we thought it was too expensive. With little research we booked our own experiences and cheaper.
