It was very clean, in a perfect location and the staff were so friendly.

Comfortable bed, great wifi, excellent location, 10 minute walk from the Pier. Right downtown, close to restaurants and shops.

Not enought hot water in the shower, but when it is 33 degrees and hot out, luke warm showers are ok.

No lights except the bulb next to the bed. It was raining heavily since 12 am and we were supposed to checkout at 11 am.. instead we asked them to extend our stay for a couple of hours until the ferry was supposed to arrive . We even told them we'll pay for half a day.. The ferries were delayed and the water logging had started on the island. So instead they made us stand in the rain with our luggage and keep the rooms empty. We were soaking wet with wet luggage.. We even told them we can extend for a day and pay for it. Zero courtesy. Zero empathy. Won't recommend.

The room was clean well maintained, and comfortable. All amenities were in excellent condition, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. I am satisfied with the stay.”
