La atención de la anfitriona fue muy cálida y atenta a nuestras necesidades. La cama era muy cómoda al igual que la habitación.

Si bien la anfitriona lo solucionó rápidamente, un día no funcionaba el agua caliente. En general estuvo muy bien

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit leckerem Frühstück. Die Familie ist super nett und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kann diese Unterkunft voll und ganz weiter empfehlen.

No hot water on last day, but thats expected.

Lo staff che ti accoglie è meraviglioso e super disponibile. La filosofia della struttura riprende l’idea dell’inventore, il marito della proprietaria, il quale era uno scultore. La sua idea era quella di creare un contesto famigliare, dove un turista potesse sentirsi a casa.. risultato ottenuto al meglio. Si hanno tutti i confort di casa, sicurezza massima in quanto ogni ospite viene prima sorvegliato dalle telecamere. Staff disponibile all’entrata 24h. Wi-Fi funzionante perfettamente e docce calde. Il letto era comodo e la biancheria pulita. Super consigliato

Very nice host. Always making sure we feel comfortable. The place is nice and ok for a short stay. Beds are very comfortable. It is not far from the city center (15 min walk to Plaza de Armas) but still hill up so it can be challenging at the beginning.

There is no hair drier nor heating. Not a must but the room can get cold.

I liked the location and the hot showers.

That the toilet needed to be fixed and the room was rather cold.

The rooms are very clean and the bathroom good. The centre 20 mins , fairly level. Breakfast was light, but good. I had a single room, this overlooked the road, which is often noisy. The double rooms overlooked the city and I think will be much better.

My room was quite small and I sometimes had trouble with the shower, getting it hot. I've stayed in a few places now, and it seems to be common in budget hotels in Cusco. There is not much English spoken but you can get by.
