Luna House Cusco

I loved everything - the room with the mountain view was breathtaking! The staff was so sweet and helpful, both in English and Spanish. The bed was so comfy the room was so neat. The place was really quiet too so it was relaxing after a long day of tours and hikes.

The stairs connecting the hotel to the town are brutal, the air is thinner because of the altitude but they are quite steep. Also because the main entrance is on a smaller/thinner road, uber/taxi/cars cannot enter easily and drop off/pick up at the steep stairs.

Eines der besten Hotels, in denen wir bisher übernachtet haben! Die Lage ist perfekt, das Frühstück sehr lecker und besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen liebevolle und aufmerksame Personal. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Emplacement superbe en haut de la ville ! Chambre et lit très confortable et accueil super chaleureux.

Nothing to not like everything was excellent

宿は高台に位置しており、その分お部屋からの景色がとてもきれいでした。宿の前までタクシーは入れませんが、宿で手配してくださったドライバーの方が荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれ、とても助かりました。 お部屋にヒーターはありませんが、湯たんぽを用意してくださる心遣いがあり、快適に過ごすことができました。ミニ冷蔵庫はありませんが、特に不便は感じませんでした。 共用スペースにはお湯やお茶が用意されていて、自由に利用できるのも嬉しいポイントです。 何より宿主やスタッフの皆さんが本当に親切で温かく、さらに人懐っこい猫と犬がいるのも大きな魅力でした。 この宿のおかげで、クスコでの滞在がとても心地よい思い出になりました。

トイレはドア上部が開いている構造のため、音がやや聞こえやすい点は気になりました（私はスマホで音を流して対応しました）。 また、シャンプーとボディソープは用意されていますが、コンディショナーはないため、必要な方は持参することをおすすめします。

The room can get very cold at night. The host brings hot water bottles which make it much more comfortable

Absolutely beautiful. The view from my room was stunning. What a way to wake up every morning. The staff were excellent. Extremely friendly and patient with my bad Spanish.
