Please note breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:00 in the morning. Guests can choose between continental, or a full English breakfast for a surcharge. Please note that a limited number of public parking spaces are available on site but are subject to availability. They are available free of charge but a reservation in advance is not possible. More public parking is available on three sites, all within a few minutes walk of the property. Please note that check-in before 16:00 and after 22:00 is not possible. Managed by a private host

Grace is lovely and welcoming. The room has everything you need. Lovely and clean. Comfy bed.

In my opinion, breakfast means a hot, cooked breakfast. I obviously read the information wrong. "But" £100 is a bit steep for 1 person, and doesn't include a cooked breakfast?

"Somewhere to sleep for two nights."

Comfortable bed and good shower pressure.

Declutter the room so luggage can fit, rooms are very small, narrow stairs of 31 steps to 2nd floor and no lift. Balance had to be paid in cash only (2024 and no card facilities available). Double check what floor if you have luggage.
