La struttura é molto ben posizionata,non serve usare l'auto,Patrizio il proprietario é molto gentile e disponibile

La stanza é un po'"vecchia"sarebbe da modernizzare e aggiustare un po',le porte strisciano sul pavimento e ci vuole un po' per aprirle e chiuderle,divano sporco,e pareti da pitturare,solo il bagno é stato ristrutturato.
