Lovely staff, nice balcony, quiet area

Bed uncomfortable, staff very hard (almost not at all) to contact through booking.com app, whatsapp and even on-site (reception not occupied) mosquitos easily come into room through vents (no mesh), broken fan on ceiling- didn't use in fear it might fall on me while sleeping so very hot uncomftable sleep (no air conditioning) is there a kitchen for use- advertised but not clear

During the booking process, I asked for a room on the upper floors (there are 3) because I like a lot of light and it was granted. Beds are comfy, staff is friendly, and breakfast is better than standard.

I think for this price, there is nothing to improve. The room is standard and practical. No decoration or anything to make it cosy. But it is functional.

Amazing stay. Felt really authentic and would have happily stayed longer had we had the time. Lovely people.
