No TV in the room. No shampoo in the bottles upon our arivial.

Great place to stay, although you need a scooter or car to get there since it is located in the outskirts of Ubud. The owners are great, so lovely and thoughtful, always smiling and open to chat with.

Design of property, the garden, the spacious bathroom. The location offer authentic Balinese village experience. they also has small gem western-balinese fusion restaurant in the location

It started off great. We were in awe with the beauty of the property. We had lunch there wich was delicious (albeit a bit pricey for local). But then found out the AC aren't working. It started downhill from them. The staff seems to be not experienced handling the hiccups. Simple statement of what action they will take would ease costumer mind. Instead they only said to wait. They indeed give room replacement rather quickly, but since it's not planned to be used that day, the kitchen doesn't have gas and the pots are dirty. It such unfortunate situation since the property was beautifully built. I suggest the owner to take more care into house keeping and maintenance. Especially since we only had one night stay, the experience we had only one that is less than desireable. Location is far from central Ubud, We know that. Just a warning for others, don't expect you can walk to central Ubud from here.

It's a beautiful family-run place. The family is really welcoming and kind. The room is spacious and clean with a big comfy bed. It's nice and quiet with a great restaurant on the property. Will definitely come back!
