Keanes of Curraheen, Bar, Restaurant & Accommodation

Beautiful and quiet room with a nice view. Good food.

I had a lovely stay at Keanes of Curraheen B&B! The room was spacious, beautiful made up and had a gorgeous view. The bathroom was clean and splendid. Super soft bed too! The staff was incredibly kind and made me feel at home. They also gave me a lift to the bus stop as it is on a busy road and not ideal to walk to. He had messaged me but I had not seen his reply and had already walked there. so tip: give them a ring if you know when you are arriving at the bus stop so they can organise a pickup. Do NOT walk along the road.

The room can be a bit noisy as I was able to hear my neighbours in the next room, as well as people in the hall. It of course depends on the other guests.

The room was a little stuffy, a fan would be a nice addition and The pillows were very flat.

Sheep , charm, staff

The staff were over the top. Asked if we had had dinner yet which we hadn't and even though the kitchen was closed they made us up plates of fish and chips ( best fish I've had so far here). Gave ideas for our travels. Would highly recommend.

Dated, yet that was the charm too.

The host was unreal, me and my girlfriend got delayed because of the car broke down for hours. We arrived at the premise after 12pm and the host waited for us and eaven got a chance to discuss and tell all the story about what happened. The bed is very big and clean and the most amazing and beautiful thing after a such bad trip experience,we wake up with a most amazing view though our window. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend with most certainty to choose this most amazing people,to have a chance to chat with the owners.
