Friendly staff, lots of other international guests, pantry is convenient with water dispenser. They provide in-room massage service too with an affordable price!

Cleanliness of the bathroom, towels and linens should be looked into. I tried to ignore the stains and smell. Otherwise all is well.

Location of the property is close to the Main Street.

Facilities are generally old and dirty. The bedding had stain and smelly. Also, the kitchen is not clean

The place is nice and has good facilities, like swimming pool and kitchen, the room looks nice. Staff were very nice.

I had the twin room. In that particular room my pillow was smelling bad. The sheet looked fine but probably the pillow itself needs a thorough wash. Also we found many small flies in that room and the air was somehow damp.

Frangipani was ideal for how much it cost, however it wasn’t the cleanest. There was a damp smell the whole time, and there was a lot of mosquitos that managed to get through the doors that wouldn’t completely shut properly. Also there is only 3 sun loungers would be nice to see a couple more. Overall I would come back again, if there was better attention to detail with the cleaning. I could see under the bed the staff had swept all the dirt and rubbish under the bed, therefore not properly cleaned

It only had a nice pool and the location was convenient.

Dirty rooms and horrible smell in the bathroom. Water from the showers have very low pressure.
