everything was perfect, rooms were clean and everything was very beautiful. I really enjoyed it.

everything was perfect, I was really clean and fresh. and I have a balcony with a really beautiful view in the morning with the bird sounds close to my window. For sure I will come back with my family this time, and I highly recommend it for everyone who wants to have a relaxing time in a natural and also to take care of themselves.

The location is quite scenic, the room was spacious, WiFi provided.

The Hotel is located not in Vama itself but about 8 km up in the hills; arriving by bicycle this takes some effort and time. When I arrived (soaked in sweat) I was told that -- despite producing the written confirmation from the Hotel of my reservation made five months before! -- no room was available. After an english-speaking manager was called in (which took about 20 minutes) she suggested to book for me a room at some other ``nearby'' hotel. She also doubted the validity of my printed Booking.com reservation because it showed no room number (!). It took another 40 minutes and an increasingly unpleasant discussion until I finally managed to get a room. Perhaps the situation created was not the manager's personal fault, but this type of reception is certainly not at all what you expect of a hotel of this class and price. Needless to say, just how representative this poor experience is, I cannot tell.
