Az elhelyezkedés, a kapcsolattartás a tulajjal és a rugalmasság

Apró kis hibák, amelyek egy kis befektetett idővel orvosolni lehetne. Pl a konyhában lógott a polc alatti neon világítás, a WC deszka csére szorulna, mert a rendszeres nem alapos takarítása által sárga, vizelet szagú volt, szükséges lenne a fürdőszobába több akasztó a törülközőknek.
