Abasan Hill Hotel and Spa

Lo staff di ragazze e ragazzi giovani molto simpatici, efficienti e sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza. Piscina molto carina affacciata sul verde. Colazioni e cene curate e gustose.

Bisognerebbe migliorare i bagni che non sono all’altezza della struttura, e poi curare di più la pulizia e rinnovare parti dell’hotel e il mobilio che sono alquanto datati e trascurati.

La camera e il bagno erano pieni di muffa. Il climatizzatore ha continuato a fare rumori per tutta la notte. La posizione dell’hotel è lontana da tutto, per non parlare delle strade per arrivarci, salite e discese ripidissime

Las instalaciones estaban bien, la piscina, el restaurante y las habitaciones. Era una zona tranquila y no demasiado lejos del puerto.

Las carreteras de acceso son de las peores de indonesia y eso es mucho decir. La puerta no cerraba bien del todo y se colaban geckos constantemente, además de otra fauna. El personal no pudo alquilarnos moto por falta de existencias y los precios de ciertos servicios eran algo más elevados.

We had a brief but peaceful stay at Abasan Hill Hotel and Spa. The room was extremely spacious and very comfortable, the bed was perfect. The pool is large, clean and surrounded by greenery which felt relaxing - use mosquito spray if you take a dip in the evening! The restaurant was essential for our visit as the hotel is in quite a remote area and there didn’t appear to be any other options nearby - the roads are also difficult for cars to travel down. We really appreciated having the restaurant and the evening meal we had was delicious. Breakfast is served until 10am but I would recommend not turning up between 9:30-10am as they start to close the service. The staff still kindly made us smoothie bowls and drinks, but the normal service had finished by 9:45am. The staff were all lovely - super welcoming and friendly and on hand to help. The lady at reception was particularly nice and always welcomed us with a big smile. If we were ever to return to Nusa Penida, we would certainly book again. Definitely recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay :)

It was slightly tricky to reach as it was quite remote and the roads are bumpy but we still managed to book taxis so it was okay.

Staff molto disponibile e sempre sorridente e cortese. Piscina molto bella e pulita. Stanza spaziosa con phon, kit per lavarsi i denti e frigo. Colazione molto buona e servita anche in camera. Ottimo servizio taxi dell'hotel (non essendoci sull'isola grab e gojek)

La posizione è abbastanza scomoda. Se non si dispone di uno scooter o un autista, a piedi, è difficile raggiungere il porto o altre zone. La porta della stanza non si chiudeva correttamente, lasciando spifferi dove potevano entrare zanzare e altri insetti.
