Für mich eine der schönsten Unterkünfte auf unserer Rundreise. Alles ist äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet, die Lage ist wundervoll. Die Inhaber sind sehr liebevoll und für die Gäste umsorgt. Morgens gab es unangekündigt Waffeln zum Frühstück für alle als ein Geschenk des Hauses. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Nähe sind, ist Loa‘s Nest unsere erste Wahl!

Our stay at Loa’s Nest was absolutely amazing. The hosts were incredible — so kind, welcoming, and helpful from the very beginning. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The rooms felt luxurious, very comfortable, cozy, and beautifully designed. We slept incredibly well. Breakfast was wonderful, honestly one of the best we had during our trip. You can really feel the care and attention to detail in every part of the experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Iceland.

Loa's nest was the perfect stay. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast, high speed wifi, and our room had an en-suite bathroom. Super comfortable stay.

Très propre, cuisine très bien équipée. La salle commune est spacieuse, il y a des jeux à disposition. Un petit côté auberge espagnole, qui permet de rencontrer d’autres voyageurs. Les propriétaires sont adorables et offrent le café et les gaufres à tous les résidents chaque matin.

Loa’s Nest is a gem. Unpretentious, comfortable, quiet and clean and made even better by the wonderful hosts, Unnur, Ingi and their son. Such a calm, welcoming atmosphere which made you feel immediately at home, and helpful advice freely given on things to do and the routes to take. We’re discerning travellers but were blown away by Loa’s Nest and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
