Siamo arrivati in struttura, abbiamo provato a contattare tutti i numeri disponibili e nessuno ha risposto. Check-in avvenuto dopo 1:30h grazie ad un ragazzo della bakery vicina.

Honteux, établissement extrêmement sale. Tapis pour les pieds tachés par de la crasse, tache d’urine sur les draps (honteux!), poussières au sol, et lorsque nous avons demandé à nettoyer, rien n’a été fait pour cause de personnels non disponibles (nous étions le soir). Nous sommes donc parties et avons demandé un remboursement à l’hôtel. Nous sommes le 4 septembre, nous attendons depuis le 5 août ! C’est littéralement honteux, après mille relances auprès de l’établissement… à fuir littéralement, passez votre chemin vraiment !!!!!!

I liked the pool area, it's very pretty with the plants.

The room very badly needs the walls painted. There was stains and mold patches all over the walls. There was also some stains on the bedsheets. When I arrived the phone number given on booking.com was unreachable and I had to disturb another guest to explain to me where to find the helper. It was a bit confusing. The shower was also badly broken

The location was amazing and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

I had a very disappointing stay. On the first day, I found a rat on my bed that had been living in the cupboard. The owner came and killed it, which was distressing to experience. The shower head was completely blocked and didn’t work. It was removed but it was never fixed or replaced during my three-day stay. The walls were filthy, with visible mildew, mould, and water damage. Overall, the conditions were unhygienic and far below basic standards.

I found the accommodation very dirty. No hand soap in the bathroom. The bedsheets and towels didn’t look clean. The walls had cracks. Just overall wasn’t a great place to stay

I love everything! Staff is so friendly and location is great! Maybe the rooms arent very new but still it is very very nice!
