GBThis is a quite unique old-style guest house, beautifully decorated throughout. My upstairs room was comfortably furnished with its own washbasin, desk and chair and TV, and a spotlessly clean shower room and toilet room right opposite. Downstairs, there's a well appointed lounge and dining area. Although they don't provide breakfast, they do provide all you could want in the way of an excellent coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine and biscuit selection, and a microwave, fridge, and crockery/cutlery etc for your use, in the dining area as well as the usual kettle and supplies in your room. It's in a perfect location, right next to the entrance to Poole Park and gardens, with private parking too. Would definitely recommend!

Size of the room and available surface space the sink in the bedroom was surplus to requirement, would be better as flat surface.
