DEDie Sauberkeit des Zimmers und die Lage waren für mich perfekt.
Es geht nicht das ich ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad buche und dann zwar eins bekomme, welches sicb aber außerhalb dea Zimmers befindet. So fair muss man als Vermieter sein und dies bitte vorher richtig ausschreiben.
GBGBThis is a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the Studio, which had private ensuite. It was very clean, comfortable and decorated very well and smart. We had everything provided and extra facilities provided, such as the quality coffee machine with choice of coffees and more. We will definitely be coming back.

JEIt is a great location, safe parking and just minutes stroll into shops, restaurants and waterfront at Poole
GBFrom booking to check-out, extremely well organised. Great communications and easy to follow instructions. Key code & key easy to navigate, straight into booked room without the need for any assistance. Loved the location so close to the center, the station & Poole Park. Wonderful.
The plastic fake feaux plants in the room, good for interior room shot photos, but a bid sad in reality. A couple of real plants would have been nicer & not too hard to maintain.
GBStayed in the studio, felt comfortable and was in a good location. Felt like we had our own space and the layout was nice. Good facilities to use as well.
Some of the dishes were dirty and there was food waste in the bin already. There’s a creaking sound from behind the wall by the mirror.
GBWe stayed here after a day of hiking. It was small but exceptionally comfortable and welcoming. Facilities were brilliant - coffee, tea and biscuits whenever needed as well as a full service in the room. Clean, comfortable beds and well organised bathroom set up (we had a private external bathroom). Would love to have stayed longer but highly recommend and would return
