I didn't have much time, only one night, great reception from the reception girl unfortunately I didn't know her name, it was very smooth, comfortable and clean room, and what I really liked was the quietness, as a supervisor I would say thank you to the all staff there for their smile and hospitality and thank the boy who bring us the breakfast ,Baghrir it was very tasty Arinass room (Hossni)

Beautiful & quiet setting up the hill, with very friendly staff. Offered to prepare very early breakfasts and even cooked some gluten free pasta I had brought with me to help prepare for a trail race I had entered. Tagine and crepes amazing too. The room had heating from the AC, extra blankets and reliable hot water in the shower. Great areas to sit outside to enjoy the fabulous breakfast and take in the wonderful views across the valley. My Orange travel SIM had no problem connecting, but staff offered me a personal router hub for WIFI if needed too.

Unblock the shower so it doesn't flood, that's really it. Besides that, magical.

Lovely staff. Very friendly and accommodating.It was quiet when we were there and so had the place to ourselves. Room was spacious and the balcony offerered great views of the mountains. Able to walk into village easily for dinner. Our host cooked for us too, which was very relaxing. Also made us a super early breakfast so we could eat before we set off on our journey back to Marrakech.

The place is charming but a little tired. We had to be patient waiting for hot water to reach us, but staff were very polite and apologetic.

Endroit parfait à quiquonque souhaite se ressourcer en pleine nature avec une vue superbe sur les montagnes. le personnel super et trés attentionné pour la clientéle. Merci beaucoup. trés beau sejour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement ! Les moments passés ici étaient très agréables, avec un accueil particulièrement chaleureux de la part de Monsieur Karim qui nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous. Le petit déjeuner traditionnel était un vrai régal. Je recommande vivement !
