Was für "Hotel" mitten in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Super ruhig, es gibt Zimmer mit Meerblick, der schönste Strand Portugals ist nur 5 min Fußweg entfernt und der Besitzer ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht dort, kommen aber bestimmt wieder und dann länger!

Die Lage, das Haus, die Ausstattung des Hauses (viele tolle Möbel antiquarisch) und der Nahe superschöne Strand.

The owner, an has been tennis-champion, is a very friendly modest guy. Breakfast on bed!!! Gentle staff! An astonishing beautiful surrounding! Fabulous!!!

What a wonderful unique Guest house. Goncalo and his father were great hosts. The once private residence, turned into a hotel is set in a quiet area on a cliff. The property has a real homey charm. Our large clean room had a balcony overlooking the property, a perfect place to enjoy some wine and cheese. The hotel has its own trails to the cliffs with spectacular views. We visited the beach via Alvor beach at low tide, as the trail down from the hotel was still washed our from the rains. Best cliffs and beach views in Algarve!. I am very surprised this hotel does not get more recognition in the Algarve area, as it was one of our favorite places. We will be back!

This hotel is unique! The architecture, the beautiful old furniture in the hall, the surroundings. It is like an island in the midst of all these huge hotel complexes in the Algarve. Very quiet, a great place to relax. The breakfast is brought to your room when ordered and very delicious. But most of all, we were impressed by the hospitality of our hosts, Gonçalo and his father. They make you feel at home - always easy going, very helpful at all times. It is in walking distance to restaurants along the beach (take the elevator down to the Restaurant Caniços). Not to forget, in the hotel you can play tennis, table tennis, pool and there is a gym!
