Nice breakfast in nice breakfast room. Friendly service. Very quiet room with only the sea providing background noise. Lovely view

Lots of stairs so ask for a low floor room if you dont like this. Bath but no shower. Water got hit eventually but patience needed

£12 a head i found a hair in my breakfasts got no apology just took the hair off me and said nothing room very small could not swing a mouse in it

All the flights of stairs to get to your room on the top floor should tell you when you are booking how many flights of stairs you have to climb

Clean.great sea view.good location for Scarborough open air.

Very dated hotel.Needs a refurbishment. Breakfast wasn’t good and very disappointed no bar as this is why we booked it. It shouldn’t advertise it has one then get there to be told they haven’t anymore. Was looking forward to a drink in bar before and after concert . We got told we could buy our own and bring it into bar area but that meant warm beer out of cans. We paid extra for this hotel for the bar area, breakfast, and sea view .The only thing good about this hotel is sea view and location. At the end of our stay it’s normal for the owners to ask if we had a nice stay but didn’t .
