A hölgy, aki intézi a dolgokat nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szoba mérete épp megfelelő, minden séta távolságban van. Van lehetőség udvaron szárítani a ruhákat, van mosógép is. Parkolási lehetőség 1-1 szabad hely található az utcában, de egyeztetni kell hova leehet vagy nem lehet. Egyébként fizetős nagy parkoló 5-7p sétára van, lehet venni havi jegyet, jobban jön ki az ember, mint naponta órát indítani.
