Cool Suites

There is no elevator at our accommodation, so you have to be careful if you have heavy luggage. One of the staff members at check-in didn't speak English, which made parking difficult because we couldn't understand him. The other one spoke English at check-out. The room was small and cramped, but it had everything we needed. The balcony offered a beautiful view. The AC was also very convenient. The location is also excellent; you can get to pb from there

This place exceeded our expectations! The check-in and communication was extremely easy and comfortable, the location is perfect -even though it's close to one of the busiest shopping streets, the street itself is not very busy (although there is traffic noise in the night). We were very amazed by the cleanliness and organization of the staff. Plus, we had two rooms on the second floor to each other - and there is a living room with a terrace on the second floor, which was very comfortable. We would gather there, have a snack and a drink before we went out and gather at the terrace in the evenings to cool down after a long day. All in all, a perfect place especially for large groups! There is a couch, a TV, a fridge, coffee and tea machines and cutlery. We didn't take breakfast so I have no comment about that.

Everything was great. Only the bathroom could have used a couple more hangers and shelves for skincare stuff.
